Platform Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 13500 platform through the website or mobile app, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 13500 platform.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as a user and the operator of the 13500 platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

The 13500 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 13500 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account that does not meet this requirement.

2. Account Creation & User Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the 13500 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information using your real identity. The use of a false identity, another person's identity, or misleading information constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 13500 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to failure to safeguard your password. If you suspect any unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

Identity verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal can be processed. You may be asked to submit a valid proof of identity upon request. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account's withdrawal function being suspended.

3. Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct

Users of the 13500 platform are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following:

  • Using any software, bots, scripts, or automated methods to access or interact with the platform without prior written consent from 13500.
  • Attempting to interfere with, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems, servers, or databases.
  • Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal purposes.
  • Filing false claims relating to transactions, winnings, or losses that did not occur.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
  • Abusing bonuses, promotions, or offers in a manner that conflicts with the terms and conditions set for each offer.

13500 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure and forfeiture of balances without compensation where fraud is proven.

4. Payments, Transactions & Currency

All transactions on the 13500 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported deposit methods include FPX (Financial Process Exchange) via major Malaysian local banks and Touch 'n Go eWallet. 13500 is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers.

Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method. If a deposit is not received within the expected period, please keep proof of the transaction and contact our support team with your full transaction details.

Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account registered under your user profile. The account holder's name must match the name provided during registration. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, as well as processing times, are subject to the platform's current policies and may vary depending on the withdrawal method.

13500 reserves the right to place a hold on or investigate any transaction deemed suspicious or potentially linked to fraudulent activity. In such cases, supporting documents may be required before the transaction can be processed.

5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

The 13500 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 13500 makes no guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or unplanned downtime. 13500 will not be liable for any losses incurred by users as a result of service disruptions, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control.

In all circumstances, 13500's maximum liability to a user for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 13500 platform — including logos, graphic designs, text, software code, user interfaces, and brand names — is the exclusive property of 13500 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any such content without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links

The 13500 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. 13500 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to their respective terms of service.

6. Account Policies, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Account Suspension & Closure

13500 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if the user is found to have breached any of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform in a manner that is harmful to others. In the event of account closure due to confirmed fraud, any remaining balance may be forfeited without compensation.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team. All valid balances will be returned to the user in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, once all security checks have been completed.

Changes to These Terms

13500 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are interpreted and governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through channels designated by 13500 management.
